We want you to get the care you deserve.

Transforming mental healthcare

We are a group of compassionate, trauma-informed licensed mental health professionals who provide quality mental health care. As a mental health collective, we assist members by providing therapy, health and wellness coaching, complementary wellness modalities, yoga, and more. We help our clients connect with one of our therapists who can meet their needs and is available online or in-person.

A modern approach

It’s essential for us that our clients get personalized suggestions on who from our team is the best match. Rather than do things the typical way, our administrative assistant develops an understanding of your challenges and pairs you based on your unique needs and circumstances. You are encouraged to take a look at our team yourself to choose who you would like to work with, and welcome to book a free consultation call with your therapist of choice!

Our Modalities

Person-Centered Therapy

Person-centered Therapy, developed by Carl Rogers, prioritizes the client's autonomy and self-discovery within the therapeutic process. It emphasizes unconditional positive regard, empathy, and genuineness from the counselor to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their feelings and experiences. Through active listening and reflective techniques, clients are empowered to find their own solutions and make positive changes in their lives.

Somatically Integrated Therapy

Somatically integrated therapy focuses on the connection between the mind and body, acknowledging how physical sensations can be linked to emotional experiences. It combines traditional psychotherapy with somatic (body-based) techniques to address psychological issues stored in the body. By incorporating practices such as breathwork, movement, and mindfulness, somatically integrated therapy aims to promote holistic healing and integration of the mind-body connection.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness-based therapy integrates mindfulness practices and principles into the therapeutic process to help clients cultivate awareness and acceptance of their present moment experiences. Drawing from mindfulness meditation traditions, this approach encourages clients to observe their thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations without judgment. By fostering mindfulness skills, clients can develop greater resilience, cope with stress more effectively, and enhance their overall well-being.

Narrative Therapy

Narrative therapy is a collaborative approach that views individuals as the authors of their own stories, rather than being defined by their problems. It emphasizes exploring and reshaping the narratives people construct about their lives, highlighting strengths and fostering empowerment. Through a process of externalizing problems and co-creating alternative narratives, clients can gain new perspectives, reclaim agency, and enact positive change in their lives.

Parts Work & IFS

Parts work and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy are modalities that explore the various aspects of an individual's psyche. In these approaches, clients identify and interact with different "parts" of themselves, representing distinct thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. By acknowledging and understanding these parts, clients can foster internal harmony and resolution of conflicts, leading to greater self-awareness and emotional well-being.

Trauma-Informed Therapy

Trauma-informed therapy acknowledges the widespread impact of trauma on individuals' lives and emphasizes safety, trustworthiness, and empowerment within the therapeutic relationship. It prioritizes understanding how past traumas may influence present behaviors and responses, and integrates strategies to promote healing and resilience. By fostering a compassionate and supportive environment, trauma-informed therapy aims to facilitate healing and promote the client's sense of agency and control over their own recovery journey.

Polyvagal Theory In Therapy

Polyvagal theory in therapy explores the interplay between the autonomic nervous system and social engagement, emphasizing the role of safety and connection in healing. It posits that understanding the body's responses to stress and trauma can inform interventions to regulate the nervous system and promote resilience. By integrating polyvagal principles into therapy, clients can learn to recognize and modulate their physiological states, leading to increased emotional regulation and well-being.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic therapy delves into unconscious processes and early life experiences to explore how they influence current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Rooted in psychoanalytic principles, it aims to uncover unconscious conflicts and patterns that may contribute to psychological distress. By fostering insight and self-awareness, psychodynamic therapy helps clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and resolve underlying issues for lasting emotional growth.

EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is an evidence-based approach used to treat trauma and distressing memories. It involves bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements or taps, to help process and reframe traumatic experiences. By accessing and reprocessing memories in a safe therapeutic environment, EMDR aims to alleviate distress, reduce symptoms, and promote healing.

Cognitive Approaches

Cognitive approaches in therapy focus on identifying and modifying thought patterns and beliefs that contribute to emotional distress and dysfunctional behaviors. Therapists using cognitive techniques collaborate with clients to recognize negative or distorted thinking patterns and challenge them with evidence-based reasoning. Through cognitive restructuring and skill-building exercises, clients develop healthier ways of thinking, leading to improved coping strategies and overall mental well-being.
