BODY SPEAK: Therapeutic Dance and Movement for Adults

This is a therapeutic dance and movement program for folks with any level of dance experience or lack thereof. 

The choreography will be tailored to absolute beginner dancers, and mainly pull from contemporary and modern dance styles.

This group will contain a psychoeducational component on learning the language of the body and expressing it's message for healing through movement. 

Each class will offer psychoeducation, choreography and dance to explore the principals we are learning about, and end with a journal reflection and group discussion.
