Mind-Body Path to Self-Compassion Workshop

About the event
This event is a four session workshop to occur every Wednesday evening in April 2021 between 7-8:15 pm. This event will be hosted by Sara Mackie, MSW, RSW. The intention is to introduce and infuse the lives of the participants with self-compassion and a deep connection with the mind and body.
This workshop is for any womxn-identified individual that is ready to stop letting their inner critic get in the way of leading a meaningful and fulfilling life.
This workshop will be psychoeducational, interactive, and empowering! It is based on the Mindful Self-Compassion research by Dr. Kristen Neff and Dr. Chris Germer as well as Compassion Focused Therapy by Paul Gilbert.
