A Sensory-Based Approach for Mental Wellness and Navigating Neurodiversity
Our occupational therapist uses a sensory approach to help clients find wellness through the lens of their own strengths. Our OT appointments allow clients to experience the Sensory Profile tool to discover how to live better based on their own sensory needs. This approach is particular fitting for folks who are neurodivergent.
Our OT also uses integrative nature and art approaches to wellness!
